"I would like to thank MAI for their complete inspection and attention to detail. They found numerous problems with the vehicle that I would not have found or even known how to look for. The salesman at the dealership said, " They already had their mechanic inspect the vehicle and that it was in great condition." When I asked them about the problems the MAI inspector found they did not have an explanation and knew that they had been caught. "I was very impressed with the inspection that MAI did on the truck I wanted to buy. The truck was selling for $2,500.00 and looked and drove OK. I got the price down to where I could afford to have a new transmission put in when it finally went. I would have had to pay double for the truck once the transmission went if I did not have MAI come out and inspect it and being a college student I cant afford to spend my money like that." "I want you to know what an exceptional job my MAI inspector (Dave) did, checking out a car I was buying for my 16 year old son. Being a single parent, I wanted a safe car for my son to drive to school and work. Dave did such an excellent job from beginning to end and was courteous enough to take the time to explain his finding so I could understand what it was he was telling me. My son thought that it was a waste of time and money but after he saw the inspection done and the findings, he knew that it was a great idea and told me he would never buy a used car "unless it was inspected by MAI first."
