National Auto Inspectors* regards our customers’ satisfaction with the upmost importance. The only way we can “police” the used auto inspection industry effectively is with feed back from you, our valued customers’ experience with the various service providers. This is the first step, in eliminating any bad service providers. National Auto Inspectors then begins other procedures to “sniff out” bad service providers (based on feed back from surveys) so that you can use our service with confidence.

National Auto Inspectors will randomly select from the surveys taken by customers of the service providers and reimburse them for the cost of the inspection for filling out our survey.
